It's been approximately 4 months since my second hair transplant surgery and I couldnt be happier with my progress. My first transplant was 2 years ago and was so happy with the growth and density in the front I had to come back for a second procedure for the back of my head and a beard transplant as well. The donor hair is usually taken from the back of the head, above the neck: only a small area is trimmed, and it stays hidden under the rest of your hair.
