These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of this website and the services presented under the TJ Hair System brand.

2. Nature of Services

TJ Hair System is a brand used for commercial and informational purposes to present hair restoration services.

Medical evaluations and procedures are performed by licensed medical professionals operating under the commercial names TJ Hair Clinic and TJ Hair System, a medical practice established in Mexico in accordance with applicable health and sanitary regulations. Services are carried out within licensed medical facilities at Russald Medical.

For patients located in the United States and other international markets, MedicalMex provides non-clinical services including case management, administrative coordination, travel support, and the commercialization and management of digital platforms, websites, and related assets used to present and coordinate services.

MedicalMex does not practice medicine and is not responsible or liable for any medical services, clinical decisions, treatments, or outcomes.

TJ Hair operates as a MedicalMex Trusted Partner within its trusted partner network for hair restoration services.

Are intended for pre-travel educational decision-making

All recommendations are subject to confirmation and modification during in-person evaluation.

5. Pre-Travel Evaluation and In-Person Confirmation

Preliminary evaluations are based on limited and self-reported information.

Patients acknowledge that:

Final diagnosis and treatment planning occur in person

Medical criteria, graft counts, and techniques may change upon clinical evaluation

Additional verification may be required

Patients agree, when reasonably requested, to:

Provide updated photographic evidence

Participate in video-based evaluations for visual confirmation

6. Treatment Design, Consent, and Clinical Adjustments

Hair restoration procedures involve individualized medical design.

All treatment plans are:

Reviewed with the patient

Discussed with the treating physician

Approved and consented to prior to the procedure

Under specific clinical circumstances, physicians may make real-time adjustments when medically necessary or beneficial to outcomes, including during the procedure.

7. TJ Hair System Framework

By proceeding with treatment, patients acknowledge and consent to the TJ Hair System framework, which may include:

An interdisciplinary team of doctors, specialists, technicians, and nurses

Use of cellular-based therapies where applicable

Combination of techniques, technologies, and medical devices

8. Patient Rights and Responsibilities

Patients have the right to receive information, ask questions, and participate in their care decisions.

They will provide accurate, complete, and truthful medical information and will not misrepresent their medical history, conditions, or prior treatments

They will follow all medical instructions, including pre- and post-procedure care, as directed by licensed medical professionals in Mexico

They understand that aesthetic and medical procedures do not guarantee specific outcomes, and results may vary based on individual conditions and clinical factors

Patients further acknowledge and consent that:

Medical providers may recommend modifications to a treatment plan when necessary to preserve patient safety or achieve the best possible outcome

If a patient presents with medical conditions, anatomical limitations, or other factors identified during evaluation, the physician may adjust the procedure accordingly, including changing techniques, scope, or approach

In cases where a patient requests or prefers a specific treatment, but the physician determines that the patient is not an appropriate candidate or that an alternative approach would better achieve the desired result, the physician may recommend and proceed with an adjusted treatment plan with patient consent

Under certain clinical circumstances, including during the procedure, physicians may make real-time decisions or adjustments based on professional medical judgment to improve outcomes or address safety considerations

By proceeding with treatment, the patient acknowledges and consents to these clinical decision-making standards.

9. Payments, Commitment, and Financial Responsibility

By booking services, patients agree to fulfill all payment obligations.

Patients acknowledge that:

A confirmed booking constitutes a promise to pay

Failure to comply may result in collection actions, including cross-border enforcement where applicable.

10. Pricing Structure and Geographic Variability
