By engaging with TJ Hair System services, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily seeking medical treatment outside of your country of residence.
All medical services are performed in Mexico by licensed medical professionals operating under TJ Hair Clinic within the facilities of Russald Medical.

2. Jurisdiction and Regulatory Framework

You understand and accept that:

Medical services are governed by the laws and regulations of Mexico
Standards, protocols, and regulatory frameworks may differ from those in your home country
Any medical care received is subject to Mexican jurisdiction

3. Role of MedicalMex

For patients located in the United States or other international regions, MedicalMex provides non-clinical services including:

Case management
Administrative coordination
Travel and logistical support

MedicalMex does not practice medicine and is not responsible or liable for any medical services, clinical decisions, treatments, or outcomes.

4. Pre-Travel Evaluation Limitations

Preliminary evaluations provided prior to travel are based on:

Photos
Questionnaires
Self-reported information

These evaluations are not final and may change upon in-person medical consultation.
Final treatment decisions are made exclusively by the treating physician in Mexico.

5. Travel Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Complying with all travel and immigration requirements
Ensuring valid identification and documentation
Understanding applicable laws between your country and Mexico

You agree not to travel with:

Illegal substances
Unauthorized controlled medications
Weapons or prohibited items

Failure to comply may result in cancellation of services without refund.

7. Logistics and Third-Party Services

Travel, transportation, and accommodations may be coordinated as part of your experience.
However, TJ Hair Clinic, Russald Medical, and MedicalMex are not responsible for:

Delays
Travel disruptions
Third-party service providers

8. Communication and Expectations

All medical decisions occur in person with licensed physicians.
Remote communication, including messaging and assessments, is for coordination and informational purposes only.

9. Acceptance

By proceeding with services, you confirm that you:
